Gili Trawangan is a really nice trip for a couple of days. The villa itself is not in the near of the party center, which we loved! Breakfast was delivered every morning to our room!

We stayed at Utara for 3 nights leading up the the New Year. The service here was fantastic. Location was brillant as it was a hidden gem away from any business. We upgraded to the “Gold Honeymoon package” which included bicycles to get around on which was fabulous and very convenient, romantic dinner for 2, massage and a private snorkeling trip on a glass boat. Was very fun! Thank you for the amazing stay and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Utara Villas was like an oasis. We spent 8 nights there while on Gili T and after walking in the hot sun all day being able to plunge into the provate salt water pool was absolute bliss! Staff were friendly and helpful and the villa was comfortable and spacious. We were told that Gili T was the party island, and we were worried we would be walking into another Ibiza or Magaluf. But that might depend on your definition of party. Yes, it's full of young people and there are plenty of bar and restaurant options. And yes, people are having a great time. But the atmosphere is relaxing and safe. There were no drunken or crowds or any obvious level of inappropriate behaviour at all. There were a couple of places that had pumping music, but mostly it was live acoustic music. Lots of outddor activites available too, not just in the sea but horse riding. There are no vehicles on the island so it is peaceful, although tourists on bikes can be a hazard! All up was a great few days on the island, and we couldn't recommend Utara Villas enough. Would almost go to the island again just to spend a few more nights in that pool!

프라이빗하고 조용한 거 원하시면 추천드려요! 저희는 자전거 타는거 좋아하는 가족인데 해변가까지 자전거로 7분 정도 가야했지만 지내는 동안 꽤 만족했어요. 체크인시 우타라 에코백도 주시는데 여기에 스노클링 장비같은거 챙겨다니면서 유용하게 잘 사용했네요 ㅎ 특히 객실에 딸린 개인풀 좋았어요😁

좋은 선택입니다

번화가와 항구에서 조금 떨어진 곳에 있지만 그래서 주변이 조용하고 차분하다 처음엔 너무 멀다고 생각했지만 조금 돌아다니다 보면 걸어서도 충분히 길리섬의 골목들을 만끽하면서 다닐 수 있다 아이들과 함께라면 수영장이 있어서 너무 좋고 조용한 곳에서 휴식을 즐길 수도 있고 시설도 좋으며 직원들이 너무나도 친절하다 음식도 맛있다

Our private pool villa was spacious and in a quiet part of the island, but still within easy reach of some good places to eat and drink. The breakfast was plentiful and cooked to order and served at the villa. The staff were very friendly and kept the villas and grounds clean. On the negative side of things, there was a damp problem on the lower part of the villa walls, which didn't detract from our stay, but looked a little unsightly. Although it's great to have the use of a bicycle during your stay, the bikes are very poor quality. Given the luxury marketing of this property, these should be upgraded. Also it was a shame the outdoor lounge area by the lobby wasn't operational as we would have liked somewhere to sit with a drink from the bar. The upstairs bar/restaurant has pool tables and was full of noisy youngsters so we walked straight out again. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, but I wouldn't have wanted to pay full price.

Henkilökunta respassa ystävällistä ja hyvin englantia puhuvia. Lupasivat useasti auttaa mm pikaveneen varaamisessa, mutta jouduimme kysymään heiltä tätä useasti eri päivinä ennen kuin asia eteni. Aamupalan tilaaminen puhelimitse oli kömpelöä, numero ei toiminut. Aamupalaa saattoi joutua odottamaan 1h soitosta. Tilasimme etukäteen aamupalan tiettyyn aikaan, jotta ehdimme retkelle. Aamupalaa ei kuitenkaan tullut vaan jouduimme kysymään respasta. Saimme lopulta aamupalan 40min myöhässä sovitusta ajasta, jonka vuoksi jouduimme viivästyttää myös retkeä. Lisäksi aamupalasta puuttui aina osia ja jouduimme kysymään niiden perään. Itse aamupala oli maukas ja monipuolinen sekä riittävän täyttävä. Viimeisenä aamuna tilasimme aamupalan vahvasti painottaen että tarvitsemme sen tiettyyn kellonaikaan. Tällöin respan henkilökunta tuli itse tuomaan aamupalan. Pääosin siivoojat hoitivat työnsä hyvin, petasivat sängyt ja vaihtoivat pyyhkeet jne. Yleisilme villassa oli siisti. Siivoojat jättivät kuitenkin esimerkiksi tyhjiä pulloja siivoamatta tai roskikset tyhjentämättä. Villa on kokonaisuutena toimiva ja ilmastointi toimii hyvin. Miinuksena 6 hlön luksusvillassa oli, että villa on varusteltu vain 4 hlölle, Esim. 4 aurinkotuolia, 4 henkilön astiastot. Pyörät ja otsalamput olivat tärkeä lisä. Pyörät ovat rimpuloita, jarrut eivät toimineet, ketjut tippuivat. 1 pyörästä hajosi lokasuoja, josta saimme yllättäen vikaan nähden ison laskun. Pikaveneen kuittia pyysimme useasti ennen kuin saimme sen.

Look no further for an INCREDIBLE honeymoon spot!

My husband and I just stayed here for 3 nights over our honeymoon and wish we could have stayed longer. The villas are gorgeous, very private and stunning with beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. The staff were so helpful (we love you ETA!) and gave us great recommendations. They organized a snorkeling tour for us that was one of our favorite days during our two week trip as we saw loads of gorgeous fish. Only regret not having a GoPro. This island is gorgeous and this is by far the most beautiful place to stay.

번화가에서 먼 것이 장점이자 단점. Private한 공간을 찾는다면 매우 추천. 자전거를 잘 못 탄다면 비추. 숙소에만 있어도 좋을만큼 숙소의 무드는 좋다. 조식은 인도네시아 음식보다는 인터내셔널 음식을 추천. 커피, 토스트, 잼이 맛있었다.

nice villa with private pool.

room was big, clean and comfort. staff perform good as well. everything was perfect. except 2 thing need to be improve. 1) the taste of break-1st. 2) our villa just next to reception, every morning can clearly heard cooking sound and staff talking.

Lovely villa and friendly staff

Lovely villa. Clean and spacious. A bit away from the busy side of the island which is what we wanted and they provided us with bikes anyway. All the staff were lovely. Thank you!

Beautiful property, would stay again.

The service and overall appeal of the villa was excellent and a lot more spacious than we thought. The lunch and dinner menu/food was great - breakfast was so so. While there our air and WiFi was not working, which lead to some discomfort and frustration. The villa was in an area that did not have a party atmosphere, there was a lot of privacy and it was only a 5 min bike ride to see a beautiful sunset.
