Room was clean- staff was friendly but didn‘t speak English well. No public transport connections within walking distance and 45Euros to airport via taxi meant our sightseeing options were limited. Hotel room was clean and airconditioned- but shower basin filled with water, hotel shampoo and conditioner packets were impossible to open without scissors, which I didn‘t have. Breakfast offers tons of sweet options- no savory. Coffee was not good.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Mention spéciale à la réceptionniste qui est d’une grande gentillesse et a le sourire. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche du Vésuve. Un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée qui propose des plats de qualité et diversifiés. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses.

Un hotel vincente.....

Quando in un hotel ci vai per motivi di lavoro, ormai ti sembra di essere a casa tua infatti, questo hotel ha tutte le cose essenziali che vorresti. Personale gentile, buona la colazione, comodo parcheggio auto e in loco si trova anche una rinomata pizzeria napoletana. E' da ritornarci.....

Ottimo rapporto...qualità....prezzo..!!!!!

E' un buon hotel fuori dal caos della città di Napoli, (personalmente cerco sempre hotels in periferia) ma facile da raggiungere, ha un comodo parcheggio, buone camere ed anche una buona colazione, ovviamente non intendo trascurare il personale, ch'è oltremodo gentile.

Hotel giusto....nel posto giusto.....

Sono ormai tanti anni che mi reco in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro dove la gentilezza del personale e la cortesia, è sempre presente. Camera comoda, ben climatizzata, colazione buona ed un fattore importante è il parcheggio sicuro e tranquillo. Inoltre se la sera non vuoi spostarti tanto per cenare, scendi le scale dell'hotel e ti trovi direttamente in un ottima pizzeria napoletana con tanti servizi aggiunti della ristorazione. Sicuramente è da ritornarci....

Comodo...pratico....ed economico....

Dovendomi spostare spesso per lavoro a Napoli, ho trovato questo hotel a mia misura ovvero: pulito, garage al coperto, ottima colazione ed in reception n°2 splendide ragazze di grande gentilezza. Inoltre se la sera voglio mangiare un ottima pizza napoletana, scendo le scale dell'hotel e mi trovo subito in pizzeria....cosa si può volere di più...????

Alcuni aspetti da migliorare

Hotel scelto per viaggio di lavoro, comodo per posizione, personale gentile e disponibile, comodo il garage e la pizzeria sotto l’hotel dove ho mangiato molto bene. Sala colazione carina ed accogliente anche se caffè e cappuccino alla macchinetta andrebbero migliorati. Riguardo la camera: il letto 1 piazza e 1/2 forse troppo grande per le misure della stanza, infatti le ante dell’armadio non si aprivano agevolmente sbattendo sul letto. Testiera del letto un po’ rovinata. 1) Da migliorare totalmente l’illuminazione della stanza e anche del bagno. 2) Da migliorare anche l’insonorizzazione, si sentiva un rumore continuo dei motori di condizionatori o della canna fumaria della pizzeria che purtroppo non ha reso il riposo confortevole.

Non do il massimo per l'assenza del salato nella colazione: solo caffe, cappuccino, dolci, yogurt, torte e cornetti, fette biscotte. Parcheggio coperto per massimo 6 auto, scoperto per altre 7 circa. L'albergo è carino con gusto nell'arredamento. Purtroppo i servizi e alcuni accorgimenti della camera sono carenti. In primis rumori continui dalla camera sopra, fin dopo le 23. La finestra non presenta persiane e la tenda coprente non blocca le luci esterne e dell'insegna. Abbiamo fatto colazione da soli senza nessun operatore e con buffet scarno. Un peccato per una struttura nuova e carina. Ma lo standard del servizio è basso.

Qualità e prezzo ok...

tutto sommato non ci si può lamentare. Qualità e prezzo buono e personale cordiale. Forse l'unico neo é il parcheggio sotterraneo con rampa ripida, che potrebbe risultare problematico per i clienti non troppo esperti alla guida. Colazione standart con brioche fresche giornalmente appena sfornate. Stanza confortevole con il dispensabile. Sconsiglio per i clienti con problemi di sonno di farsi dare quella affacciata alla strada. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Appena entrati in camera, ci accorgiamo che manca il frigo.. Una pecca incredibile.. Ma vabbé.. Dopo un po ci accorgiamo che' il condizionatore inizia ad accendersi e spegnersi da solo, e iniziava a dare fastidio quel suono che riproduceva l accensione. Vado in reception, e ovviamente non c'è nessuno. Chiamo e nessuno risponde. Dopo un po', si presenta un signore della vigilanza (che aveva il turno di notte). Mi dice che in reception non c'è nessuno, ed è lui a prendere in gestione l hotel nella nottata. Gli spiego il problema, e riusciamo a risolverlo parzialmente.. Staccando la linea del condizionatore sul quadro generale. Quindi rientro in stanza, problema risolto.. Ma senza aria condizionata. Vabbé capita. La struttura si trova proprio sopra a una pizzeria, e purtroppo fino alle 3 del mattino senti ancora dei rumori che danno fastidio... Parcheggio piccolo, ma sorvegliato e con telecamere. Colazione a buffet niente male. Ho trovato ottimo e comodo il check out alle 12.

Una sistemazione d'accomodo

Stanza ampia e pulita ma un pò rumorosa. Aria condizionata efficiente ma prodotti da bagno inadeguati (piuttosto che i monodose vi erano i flaconi da supermercato). Colazione sufficiente. Ottimo il parcheggio sotterraneo.
