The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly, especially one employee in particular, Giorgi (sorry, if i misspell the name) — he gave us so many recommendations, always took the time to chat with us, and was overall very very kind to us. The rooms were also clean and tidy, really happy about that aspect. The rooms by themselves were a bit too small for two people tbh, because we couldn’t even properly fit our suitcase in there but it wasn’t the end of the world and it was fine for a week of our stay. We never got the breakfast at the hotel, so cannot share anything about it, unfortunately. The area around the hotel is very walkable, there are lots of restaurants around, and it’s close to Liberty Square and old town. All in all, would recommend.

Decent hotel with great location

Location was really good. Located in the old town. Rooms were spacious and modern, but bathroom was very smelly. Parking options are not good though. It says hotel offers parking, but this is not the case. We got a parking fine during our stay as we had to park on the street outside.

Positive experience: Hotel City is new and well maintained from the inside. It’s located in the old town of Tbilisi and it’s very convenient. You can walk to Liberty Square in less than 2min. The room we booked was spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. Negative experience: We arrived very early to the hotel, around 6:30-7am. We asked if we can check in early, we were told we won’t be able to check in before 11am. We knew our room was empty so all they need to do was clean it and allow us to check in early, but this didn’t happen. We decided to book another room and paid full price to crash on a bed for 3-4 hours only. When we entered to our room (supposedly one of the most expensive in this hotel), we could see some hair and dust here and there as if the floor was not cleaned properly. When opening our towels, both of them had a hair on them, while they looked very clean. One other drawback is the wifi connection. I had to join a work call for a full hour and the internet was very bad. Breakfast was less than average. Overall, we found the property very convenient and cute, not very expensive.

Gerçekten korkunç bir otel deneyimi oldu ilk günden beri klima ve odadaki petek çalışmıyordu ve konaklamamız 30 ekim tarihinde haliyle hava soğuktu ilk gece sorun etmeden sabahında söyledik 2.gece otele geldiğimizde çözüm sağlanmamıştı. Israrla peteğe yarın bakılacağı ve klimayı kullanmamız söylendi ama klimanın çalışmadığını söylememize rağmen odaya gelip kontrol sağlanması çok uzun sürdü. Çalışmadığı görüldüğünde ise bir çözüm sunulmadı. Oda değişimi yapılmadı bir telafi çabası yoktu. Soğuk olduğunu ve 2 gündür üşüdüğümü belirtince başka bir personel çağrıldı ve kalorifer peteğine bakılarak yapıldı. Fakat bu işlem neden gün içinde yapılmadı ve biz ısrar etmesek hiç yapılmayacaktı anlamıyorum. Odada bir bebek olsa büyük sorun olurdu. 3.gün odaya geldiğimizde odada böcek vardı ve resepsiyonu aradık gelen kişi böceği öldürüp camdan gelmiştir dedi ve hemen ardından bir böcek daha görüp kendimiz öldürdük çöpü dışarı attık ve tekrar böcek gördüğümüzü çöpü almalarını söyledik. Camdan böcek girmesi normaldir ama bu durum için bir ilaçlama yapılmalı bir telafi ve çözüm çabası olmalı tüm gece odada rahatsız uyudum böcek fobim olduğunu düşünemiyorum. Tüm bunlardan sonra gece lavaboya girdim ve sular akmıyordu. Resepsiyonu aradım dönen olmadı, mecburen inip baktım ve kimse yoktu. Bir otelde kışın ısıtma araçlarının çalışmaması suların kesilmesi ve böcek olması kabul edilemez durumlar. Otele karşı ilk izlenimim iyi karşılama ve temiz duruyordu ama tüm bunlardan sonra bu fikre uzağım.
