It was my first time in Baku, and upon my arrival to my room, there was a nice surprise of a bday cake and message, which was so thoughtful! This hotel really is the best location to all the attractions and must visit. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the staff really did attend to all our needs and requirements. The breakfast was good and overall I had a lovely experience in this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Tip: There are 2 entrances in this hotel, and if your looking to venture further out of the city where you need a taxi then make sure you book your taxi using the back entrance with the location point to 161 Dilara Aliyeva so they can pick you up easily as the front entrance has cameras and is on the main road and it can get difficult for them to collect you from there.

They genuinely cared and didn’t spare any effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to them, everything went smoothly, and I truly felt welcomed. This place will definitely be my first choice next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!
