Not up to hotel standard. No services offered. Restaurant closed.in the evening. Only 2 parasols for diners only, none for sunbed users. Horrible plastic sunbeds with no padding, extremely uncomfortable! No one comes around to check on anything or anyone! Would not ever go again . Not worth the money paid apart from a lovely view of the marina but that is all !

Decepcionante e precário

Me decepcionei já na chegada. Esperava mais. As fotos não retratam a realidade. Construção antiga e pouco conservada. Quarto amplo, mas quente. O ar condicionado demorava pra gelar todo ele. O banheiro era o pior. Pequeno e mal iluminado. A área do banho é minúscula. Sem box, o chuveiro não regula, e o jato de água dá na cortina, te obrigando a tomar banho grudada nela. Um horror! Pra completar, durante as 24h que um furacão atingiu a ilha, chovia dentro do quarto. Tivemos que colocar o lixo pra aparar as gotas que caiam do teto sem parar. Vazava também pela parede da janela, alegando o chão. Usamos varias toalhas para conter. Experiência bem desagradável! Não via a hora de encerrar nossa estadia. Não recomendo!

Good place to stay for people on sailing adv.

We stayed while waiting for our sailing vessel to be ready for a week of sailing around the BVI. This is a convenienent place to stay. Easy to get to from the ferry.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 nights, we were given a king bed on the first night, then got the queen beds for the second night. No compensation was given for the inconvenience. Also the towels and linens was discolored, brown which was a big turn off. I did like the location of the hotel but that was it.

I booked a room for 3 adults. It only had one bed and a couch. Had to ask for extra bedding but no extra towels were provided. Room was very old and not pleasant at all

Good for one night stop over

Stayed one night before a chartered sailing. Staff was very nice and friendly. Arrived late afternoon one hour after check in time and the room was not ready yet. Stayed on a Friday night and they had cocktail hour by the pool with free pickies, which was nice. The room was booked/advertised as a condo with two bedrooms. We did not know that it was a private condo in a property next to the hotel, not the actual hotel. More of an air B&B style. The condo was very spacious and nice to have separate rooms and bathrooms for a family of four. It was definitely “lived in”and could use some freshening up, lots of personal belongings throughout, and not sure how long any of the dry goods had been sitting around. Was not able to use the coffee maker - filter was full of grinds and moldy. TV service in all rooms, but couldn’t log into any streaming due to international restrictions. It satisfied our need for one night. Coffee shop around the corner was a good stop for morning caffeine and breakfast.
