A proposta do hotel é ser de luxo e os valores cobrados seguem essa proposta. Tudo muito caro. Uma long neck custa 35 reais. O ponto alto é a equipe que é excelente, muito bem treinada e atenciosa mas as vezes um pouco engessada, talvez pelo excesso de normas. O que tinha tudo para ser uma experiência incrível na natureza transformou-se em um filme de terror. Falta de luz, falta de água quente, WI-FI inexistente, falta de vários produtos do cardápio. Imersão na natureza não quer dizer voltar a idade da pedra, pagando caro por isso. Ah, falando em caro. 35$ reais em uma cerveja long neck, 110$ em pratos de jantar com quantidades irrisórias, única e idêntica opção de prato para o almoço todos os dias. Pelo fato dos hóspedes estarem “isolados” do resto do mundo, a dona decidiu cobrar valores semelhantes aos que pagamos quando visitamos sua terra natal, a Europa. A simpática voz de veludo da mesma e de seus funcionários ao tentar explicar o inexplicável só aumentam a sensação de “vim aqui fazer papel de bobo.” Encerramos nossa hospedagem previamente mas, infelizmente, não tanto quanto deveríamos porque acreditamos que os problemas seriam solucionados. No final, ainda acertei a conta por pix porque a máquina de cartão “não funcionava.” Caos. Nota 2,0.

Lindo hotel, preços abusivos.

O hotel é lindo, sua localização, apesar da dificuldade para chegar até lá, é incrível. Aquipe é muito educada e atenciosa. Porém, algumas coisas são abusivas, não há nada que justifique cobrar 35 reais por uma heinecken long neck, nas proximidades há locais (bares, restaurantes) que a vendem por 12 ou 14, e 21 a de 600ml. R$ 100,00 de taxa de rolha de uma garrafa de vinho tambem não é nenhum pouco razoável.
