Very good hotel and the staff were very helpful. Only thing that held back a 5 star was the hard as a rock bed. Room was great and the location was ideal. Short walk to transport, food and shopping. If you love seafood you will love Niigata and the eateries around this hotel.

ベッドの下が埃まみれでゴミが複数落ちていたので、外出前にフロントの方に清掃をお願いしたく、遠回しに｢ベッドの下に(前の宿泊者の方の)物が落ちていたので回収してほしい。｣とお伝えしたところ上手く伝わらなかったようで｢??｣のような曖昧な対応でした。 ホテルへ戻ってきた際は、別のフロントの方に｢荷物の確認をお願いします。｣と言われ部屋に行き一緒に荷物を確認してから退室されましたが、当初お願いしていたベッドの下のゴミや埃は全く変わっていないように感じました。 こちらがもっとはっきりと清掃をお願いすれば良かったのですが…とも思いつつ、客室の清掃が行き届いていない事はとても残念でした。
