A charming small boutique hotel with a very personal and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, and the à la carte breakfast is fresh and very good. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from the center. The bed is quite firm, and the shower could be improved, as water pressure and temperature regulation are not always consistent. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

What an amazing retreat. The family villa was so great for my family of 4, the private pool was a real treat. The restaurant is superb, and the staff are very attentive. It’s a little further from the town center but the hotel offers a free shuttle out and it’s only a couple of bucks back in a taxi or tuktuk. I loved being in a tranquil haven after a busy day exploring temples.

Luxury at an affordable price

Luxurious stay with family. Clean, comfortable, away from town that made it peaceful and serene within the complex. Friendly staff. Even if the road to the hotel was questionable, the place itself is five star review. They did say they are working on getting the road smoother to the location.

Had a great stay, very private and personalised service. The restraint had lots of options and while they didn't offer many vegetarian dishes for our son they were able to make a number of dishes vegetarian. The family villa with private plunge pool was spacious and quiet, the main pool was also excellent and we mostly had that to ourselves too. Overnight you could hear nothing except the frogs, insects and lizards. Very relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle.

Fantastiskt fint o prisvärt hotell.

Mycket prisvärt hotell. Bilderna stämmer bra överens med verkligheten. Det ingick tuktuk in till centrum på kvällen. Kostade 2 dollar tillbaka sen. Lugnt och skönt ställe jämfört med centrum. Dock var där ett litet sågverk!! som störde en del. Ingen direkt sol vid poolen.

Fabulous place.

What a beautiful little place. Good food. Fantastic staff. Walking distance to town. Tucked away nice and quiet. Beds really comfy. I would definitely return. 10/10 guys for everything thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

One of A Kind experience

The manager, Ms. Moon, and her staff took exceptional care of us during our stay. She planned out our 3-day itineraries making sure that we didn’t miss any highlights of Hanoi. Once we got off the Airport taxi, we were greeted with umbrellas and that we stayed dry from the torrential rains. Whatever issues we came across, her staff would address immediately regardless the time of the day. Our only purpose for this second trip to Vietnam was to visit Ha Long Bay, we were disappointed with the cancellation due to clement weather. Regardless, their heartfelt customer services made up for the disappointments.

Cute little hotel with great amenities and services. We were in Siem Reap very briefly, but the hotel staff made our stay very easy and memorable. We arranged a ride to Angkor Wat through the front desk, they packaged breakfast for us since we left at 4am. They also arranged for tuktuks to the main area of Siem Reap - extremely convenient. After a long day of walking around the site, we were very glad to hang out at the pool.

Mr. Roth and the rest of his staff is what made our stay most memorable. It's one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. No hard selling of tours... He will just give his recommendations and let us decide. Breakfast was good! Got more than a few choices. They even packed it for us for our Sunrise tour. I loved Cambodia because of these peeps! Keep it up!

Visite des temples d’angkor

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans le chanthou pour visiter les temples. Le personnel de l’hotel est très aimable, serviable et disponible. Ils nous ont tout organisé sur un programme de 3 jours . L’hotel Est situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville mais il assure une navette gratuité vers le centre ville . Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre . Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. La piscine est très agréable , surtout après la journée de visite. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

An all-too-short, 2 night stay at this fantastic hotel. I had booked online at a great price and after one day I thought to myself that if it had cost me double, it still would have been a great deal. Pool area is fantastic. Definitely worth using it after a hot dusty day at Archeological Park. Room was large and well appointed with safe and mini fridge. Hot water on demand worked well in shower. The shower area a bit of a challenge as the shower and sink were within same enclosure. The problem arises that after a shower, bathroom floor is entirely wet. Not a problem, just have to remember to go in barefoot or with shoes and wipe feet on exiting to bedroom to not track water. Hotel arranged tours to Angkor area at a very reasonable price. $44 for two days including sunset at one day and sunrise the next. Breakfast is included but the real treat is the lunch/dinner food. Spring rolls are among the best I’ve ever had. Large and filled with goodness. A Khmer curry was spectacular. Definitely try the restaurant. 5 stars easy.

Friendly staff.

The excellent service from the staff was second to none. We had to check out at 6am and the staff packed us breakfast and waited to see us off until our transport was out of sight. The added personal touch went a long way. Thank you Roth and Sokhnai. We will definitely visit again.

Great hotel with warmest staffs

It was great stay thanks to all staffs. They are always smiling and warmest service providing to help guests. The free one way tuktuk serivice from hotel to town was good. Sorry that I can not remember all staffs name. Thanks Mr Roth and Ms Soknai ! :)

Solo Vacation Getaway

Roth hotel manager was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of any questions asked. Pool is great with a little bar that has good cocktails and food.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff

Our stay here was amazing! Room was clean and big, tastefully decorated. We took the room with a pool, and that was great too! The staff took the effort to clean the pool for us on the day of arrival while we were out so it was as clean as it could get. The hotel itself is also lovely with lots of greenery, giving you a true experit of a chateau. Only downsides are; 1. Lots of mosquitos around (not technically a fault of the hotel) 2. It's a little out of the way from the 'city center'. They do however provide complimentary 1 way Tuk Tuk to the city so its all good. Would definitely stay again though, the staff was absolutely amazing and attentive and spoke excellent English.
