Swim out pools not very clean and not cleaned often, was not worth the upgrade. Mosquitos were horrible , definitely pack repellent. Restaurants are closed often not leaving many options. This was the first resort that made us pay for hibachi.

No lo recomendaría

El servicio no fue tan amable y atento como en otros de la cadena de Dreams o Secrets! El hotel se ve muy descuidado. Hay muchas áreas que se ve que no le dan mantenimiento! Por último la calidad de las bebidas de alcohol bajaron mucho al igual que me tocó varias veces que me dijeron que ya no había o no tenían ciertas cosas! Tenía que estar hablando para que pusieran agua para café o rellenaran el mini bar! Por último solo un día fueron a preparar la habitación en la noche para dormir!

Resort bom mas deveria ser ‘excelente’

Nem todos restaurantes estavam abertos todos os dias, eles alternavam sendo que somente 2 abriam diariamente somado ao alternado do dia. Não conseguimos conhecer todos. Outro ponto no quarto ao lado do que estávamos hospedados pediam refeições e deixavam os pratos com restos de alimentos no corredor e ali ficavam por muito tempo. Um garfo ficou na escada por 4 dias sem que ninguém recolhesse. O restaurante/lanchonete das piscinas onde serviam hambúrguer e outros lanches ficou um dia aberto e servindo normalmente, mas outros dois dias que ficamos nas piscinas só haviam restos de comida onde os pássaros comiam e nenhum funcionário estava lá para cuidar disso. Somente no final da tarde que apareceram por lá para recolher os restos, mas nem limparam a sujeira e nem a chapa. Tirando esses pontos que devem ser melhorados em um resort desse nível o restante estava tudo muito bom, mas deveria ser tudo impecável e excelente pois é o que oferecem em sua publicidade.

Hotel en medio de la naturaleza

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel me gusta la recepción al llegar ya que tiene valet parking, y si llegas temprano encuentras un restaurante para comer eso se agradece cuando vienes desde el aeropuerto, Salvador de la playa nos salvó el día ya que en esta ocasión si había zargazo y nos ofreció un espacio en la alberca, lo cual disfrutamos bastante, la comida en su restaurante bien solo una observación en el tepanyaqui que la gerencia atendió

Terrible Beach Full of Sargassum! Do Not Recommend

The beach at this resort was extremely disappointing. It was completely covered in sargassum/seaweed, with about 8 feet to get through before reaching the water. Disgusting. Since the resort doesn’t make an effort to clean it up, the entire area had a strong, unpleasant smell—similar to rotten eggs. I understand sargassum/ seaweed can’t be controlled and it’s not the resorts fault. However, all the resorts I’ve stayed at clean up the sargassum to ensure guest can enjoy the beach. Not this resort, they do not maintain their beach. Very disappointing. My main reason for visiting was to explore their wedding venues, as I was seriously considering hosting my wedding here. Unfortunately, after this experience, I’ve decided against it. On a positive note, the customer service is excellent. However, the rooms are very outdated, and the hallways and elevators give off a neglected, almost eerie vibe. The accommodations are badly in need of renovation. Overall, I do not recommend this resort. For reference, it is about 1.5 hours from Cancun airport

Resort was beautiful however the one star is for the food poisoning we got. There were 30 of us staying there for a wedding and I would say 20 out of 30 people got food poisoning.

Food was not great and only certain restaurants open on certain days. In our large group I think 4 of our room had issues with toilet clogging. All the bars were always out of domestic beer or any light beer. Uncontrollable to them but seaweed was extreme Resort was beautiful and staff was all very friendly
