Convenient to Haneda and Tokyo

Friendly staff. Light breakfast included. 5 minutes on foot from Kamata JR Station. 20 minutes on bus 95 from Haneda Terminal 3 to Kamata Station. Easy commute by train to all parts of Tokyo from Kamata.

During our trip we stayed at 5 hotels this one overall I would rate the lowest score . It was one of the noisiest hotels not from outside it was in . We were on the 5 th floor you would hear cabinets slamming all hours . They offer generic nothing for breakfast they have enough out for 20 people .

Generally clean and nice with wood flooring. But you could hear everything going on from the corridor, very clearly almost as if there was no door at all. Soundproof the doors to the room and the grade would be better.

While the location of this hotel was great and the staff were consistently friendly, the lack of cleanliness made for a disappointing stay. The room was frankly poorly maintained. I found hair in several spots throughout the bathroom and, most disturbingly, on my pillow. The desk chair and curtains were visibly stained, and a patch of wallpaper was missing from the wall. To make matters worse, on our second day, a pipe under the bathroom sink began to leak. The shower curtain also had noticeable stains; while the staff was kind enough to replace it once we pointed it out, these are issues that should be addressed before a guest checks in. Although this is an affordable hotel, a low price point shouldn't excuse a lack of basic hygiene. I appreciated the friendly service, but I wouldn't stay here again given the current state of the rooms.

The Red Roof Inn is close to a Metro station and gives easy access to sights in Tokyo. The staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast and all day coffee, tea and soup were much appreciated.
