Room: It was perfect!

Restaurants/Food: The food was amazing!
To be improved:
Customer Service: There is a Whatsapp number that you need to reach out to book dinners at their different restaurants and book tours, the issue is that there is only 1 person to answer the chat and has other duties so it takes somewhere between 2 and 4 hours to get an answer…
Staff: It seems that there is no management and to train new people, if you ask for their food service times they all say something different so you don’t really know if breakfast time is over or not or if it is snack time or whatever.
Morning Snack Time: We were at the hotel 4 days, some staff said morning snacks were at 9 am, some other at 10 am and some at noon, the thing is that there was no morning snack time in any of the four days, one day a lady just said “the guy who cooks didn’t come”… so, solve it, if not is it even all inclusive?… then other day the guy showed up at 11:20, and starting organizing some stuff in the kitchen so that time passed by, lunch time and he left, 40 minutes doing nothing…
Jorge or George: he is just lost, we don’t know if it was that he wasn’t trained or something but he asked for our order 3 different meal times and he forgot all 3, there had to be someone else checking orders because George was completely lost…
Wifi: The Wifi is just useless, no connection and when it connects is super slow… and it doesn’t get to 3rd floor, it just connect but their isnt.
