Parking was available at the hostel. I would definitely stay here again as it was very clean, quiet and adequate accommodations of showers and common space to easily move around. Great place to stay if you want to have a base near the south coast to go exploring. This is particularly good for those on a budget as the place has a guest kitchen which meant we didn’t have to spend loads of eating out. The whole place has a very chilled out vibe. Nice lounge and bar area.

Midgaurd Base Camp was the perfect location after a long day of travel, between the Golden Circle and the rest of southern Iceland. Parking was easy, delicious dinner and breakfast, comfortable beds. I stayed for one night and have no complaints, great value for money

We truly had a wonderful stay at Midgard basecamp! The staff were fantastic, the room was comfortable, the amenities were amazing(special shoutout to the shoe drying station) and the restaurant was delicious. We will gladly return next time we are in the area. Ps: we also booked a guided tour with them and it was a truly fantastic experience and a highlight of our trip, we can't recommend it enough!
