Great location with some access issues.

The host was excellent at communication, welcome, induction of the property and local knowledge. The apartment is well equipped (though we didn’t cook) and clean. Please note that there are three flights of stairs to reach the apartment and no lift. It should also be noted that it is based in a pedestrianised area not accessible by car and so you must park in the public parking areas on the outskirts. They are all reasonably close-by but chargeable parking is extremely difficult with few spaces available. This probably depends on the day and time of your arrival. If the view from your balcony is important to you - check on the actual view from your apartment, as some of the photographs use views from other apartments and not the one you are actually booking, which can be disappointing. In terms of location, everything is literally on the doorstep and there are plenty of local dining options, shopping and bars. We particularly appreciated being able to visit the sea organ at different times of the day and evening.

Extremely central, comfortable and great value!

Fantastic studio, very comfortable and well equipped. It couldn't be more central to Old Town Zadar, with all main sights within a few minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and bars very close by. Lay out and decoration of studio and bathroom is very well done, small and compact, but tastefully designed and comfortable. Our host was welcoming and very easy to get in touch with. He gave us recommendations around Zadar, and was so helpful with additional information during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. (Only thing to note is the studio is up 63 stairs, so be aware if you have any mobility or access issues)

Bygningen kan give et indtryk af lejligheden. Lejligheden er fin og i god stand. Den ligger meget centralt i den gamle bydel og serværdighederne ligger i kort gå afstand. Der er ingen reception så man skal kontakte udlejeren som var fremme i løbet af 5-10 minutter. Der er fuld valuta for pengene. Kan klart anbefales.

Central Old Town position

The apartment is situated in Old Town Zadar, wirh the entrance is hidden behind a restaurant, so may have been tricky to find without the owners help. We were met at the airport by Mario, who was really helpful and he provided us with lots of local information. The apartment is up 4 flights of stairs with no lift, so we were grateful for Marios help with luggage. The room is small but nicely decorated. There are bifold doors opening on to the street, but there is quite a bit of city noise from below. It is in a great position for exploring Zadar & is central for bars, restaurants & sea organ. Basic accommodation, but was ideal for our short stay

This is a totally new modern apartment in the heart of the city. The location was superb, and our street view was fantastic! The host was very nice and helpful. Parking was a five minute walk and right on the waterfront. We walked past our apartment location several times day and night. That’s how incredibly convenient it was.

Really nice, but with one concern...

The apartment I stayed in was beautifully renovated, very clean, and very comfortable. The shower was a little larger than any of the others I used on this trip. There were good quality appliances for making coffee and tea. The locatIon is right in the center of the old town. Be aware that the apartments are on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. My only concern while I was there has to do with the building the apartments are in. The entrance to the building is through a metal door that opens into the building. On the first night, when I came back to the apartment I had trouble opening the door and couldn't figure out what was wrong until one of the waiters from the adjacent restaurant showed me. The bottom part of the door handle had broken free from the door, and when it was stuck at an angle, it latched the door so it couldn't be opened. I had to straighten the handle to get in. But if I had been on the inside trying to get out, I would have been locked in until someone outside straightened the handle. If there was a fire in the building it would be a death trap. That handle should have been repaired immediately!
