Parking extremely limited - but the road outside is quiet and looks safe enough. Breakfast has gone downhill - zero choice on the pastries (but the one offered nice enough) and the hot water for the tea wasn't (hot). Considering the price it can't really be complained about too much, but this is functional not luxury - maybe the neighbouring (also uni owned) Halifax Hall might be better for not too much more?
