The gentleman in a reception was so patient with my family when we arrived in the hotel the rooms was not ready he try his best to accommodate us I forgot his name but his was the best. The cleaners were very helpful thank you.Only the bar staff was dodge where they realised my children didn't speak any of South African dialogue which is a disgrace in a human form

Located in the commercial district-5-10 minute walk from Nelson Mandela Square-where you will find a variety of restaurant and shopping options. There is also a lovely stage-theatre-I was able to catch a lovely performance. My room was great-the staff really cared. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.
