We’ve traveled around the Yucatán many times and stayed in some truly wonderful places, but this hotel stands out above them all. It is by far the most welcoming and relaxing place we’ve experienced. The location, atmosphere, and views are simply unbeatable—including the breathtaking view from the hotel room. The service is excellent, and it adds tremendous value that one of the area’s best restaurants is located right at the hotel. Having a top-class scuba diving center on site, along with the outstanding Violeta’s massage, makes the experience even more special. Everything about this place feels thoughtful and refined. The hotel’s beach access is beautiful and inviting—peaceful and away from the crowds, yet still perfectly close to everything you might need. A truly magnificent stay that we can’t wait to return to.

We have been to Puerto Morelos 5 times and have stayed here every time. The staff is SO nice. The hotel is a little older, its not one of the fancy resorts but it is ON the beach. Across from the grocery store and within walking distance of anything you could need. Muelle Once is the restaurant there and it is DELICIOUS. Have the pancakes!!! Absolutely recommend Hacienda Morelos 200%

We stayed at Hacienda for 5 days recently. The location is great - you can walk to the Centro and to many restaurants and shops. The beds were pretty hard / not comfortable. The beach was nice and clean. Plenty of seats and shade. Overall we would stay here again.

Hacienda Morelos is an absolutely wonderful property! The staff is top notch and the convenience of eateries nearby and the supermarket is unmatched. The hotel restaurant is pricey, but decent. There are plenty more places nearby that are so much better! I’m already planning my next stay at Hacienda Morelos.
