The room was clean, the facilities were modern and the bed was decent - the duvet was fantastic, and the bed a bit firm. The washing machine inside the room was very convenient, and the hotel was located in close proximity to Takanawa Gateway (as well as Shinagawa, with a bit of a walk) which made it perfect for traveling.
