Das Zimmer war ganz wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolles Erlebnis auf der Burg. Total nettes Personal. Das Frühstück ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir aber gerne wieder.

Ett annorlunda hotell beläget i en gammal borg! Man kan verkligen känna historiens vingslag! Mycket trevlig personal, god mat och dryck. Rummet var väldigt litet med skador på väggarna, men rent och snyggt. Vi hade problem med att hitta parkering, reception och hotell. Borde vara bättre skyltat och mer information i bokningsbekräftelsen.

Super nice place to stay, the room was super. - a very good experience in every way. Had a super dinner in the restaurant and the breakfast was very nice too. The only thing you have to be prepared for is the walk very much uphill from the parking to the hotel with luggage - could be difficult if you have problems lifting or walking on uneven ground.

Jätte fint ställe med kanon utsikt

Många hade klagat på att det var en byggarbetsplats och det var det nu med. Men de måste ju få renovera då byggnaderna är från 1700-talet. Det var inget som störde oss. Bäddsoffan var inte bäddad som jag bett om när vi kom dit och det tog ett tag att få sängkläder till den då det bara fanns en personal. Jag erbjöd mig att bara jag får lakanen så gör vi resten själva, men det tog en stund ändå. Det var det enda negativa, ja förutom att alla ägg var hårdkokta, haha. En husfru borde vara på plats så länge det går att checka in, så inte en stackars person behöver sköta både restaurang och reception. Rent och fint var det. Lite mer handdukar och att ha valet att fortsätta använda dem ett tag till i stället för att de byter varje dag är ett tips också. Enkel frukost men god.

Too many faults

Horribly warm room. No AC. Windows not supposed to be opened. Reception lent us a fan that did very little to help. Hardly slept at all. The bathroom/toilet was inside a frosted glass cube, which meant that privacy was not optimal. Also if you had to use the bathroom at night the whole hotel room was lit up and therefore woke your partner. The toilet didn’t seem to be designed for human anatomy. The seat was too narrow and the top lid had a deep edge that cut into your back if you tried to lean back.

Flott beliggenhet midt i festningsområdet. Greit rom, grei frokost. Slapp mottagelse i resepsjonen, dårlig med opplysninger, virket svært lite profesjonelt, på grensen til utrivelig. Supert å gå tur rundt på festningen. Anbefales. Morsom omvisning i fengselsmuseet.
