A very large hotel in the centre of Nha Trang. We had a big room which boasted a kitchen (although there was no kitchen equipment that might have made it useful). While the lobby was very imposing, the room was in need of a refresh, which chipped surfaces and scuffs. The bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. Breakfast catered for all tastes and had a very wide variety of fresh food. The gym was clean and light, and quite well-equipped. Good for a one-night stay.

I have been in the Melia hotel 20 times, the front office has been deteriorated, a girl nhi name very rude told me to wait until 2 for check in as I understand the policies there is no common sense and flexibility for only one person ruin the stay and the team effort, other than that experience everything amazing as always
