The staff at check-in were very helpful and polite. The designated drop-off/unloading area was a big plus, especially since parking is a bit far. There’s a convenient area in the front offering coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. We stayed in a suite, which didn’t quite match the photos online. The room felt a little dated but was spacious, fairly clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to restaurants and nearby businesses. Overall, we would stay here again.

We had a great time, the room was nice and cozy with a big balcony. Lots of great hiking and amazing views. Would be 5 stars but the bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Alpine Village is a quaint little place, nestled on the trees. I loved listening to the stream gurgle below our balcony! I would definitely recommend it!

This was a perfect stay for a late summer trip. It was magical. The setting is beautiful. The people in the resort were wonderful (Jeannie!). I would recommend it for all year travel, just for an escape.
