It's a beautiful property but on the third floor there's no elevator. And the most inconvenient is no AC conditioner. It was so hot. So I have to take all my heavy bags upstairs from the third floor.

Good central location hotel. Tv didn’t work, safe didn’t work and even though reported didn’t get fixed. Clean and tidy hotel and perfect for what we needed it for.

Excellent apartments in a great location.

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 21:30hrs. Although reception was not manned 24 hours, there was a member of staff on site 24 hours so check in was quick and easy. Our apartment was as we hoped, clean, spacious and very comfortable. There was plenty of information in the welcome pack and we settled in very quickly. The location of the apartment was excellent, a short 15 minute stroll into the “old town”. The apartments have an area in the basement with a sauna, a small exercise area and a shower and toilet. There was also a washer and dryer in this area, which we did not use, but which I assume was for guest use. We will definitely use the apartments again next time we visit Krakow.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment!

The Belle Epoque aparthotel is the perfect base for exploring Krakow! I stayed in apartment 3 which is a superior 1 bed apartment. It had a well equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, a dishwasher and fridge and they had provided washing up liquid, a sponge, a tea towel, dishwasher tablets and tea/coffee/sugar. The bathroom has a large shower and hand soap and shower gel are provided as are hand and bath towels. There was a double sofa bed in the lounge area and twin beds in the bedroom. There was plenty of extra bedding if needed. The apartment block is less than 10 mins walk to the stare miasto and is very easy to get to the centre of town. There is a little shop right next to the apartment entrance which sells everything you will need. All of the tour operators will pick you up from this building so no need to travel elsewhere for collection for day trips etc. my only 2 criticisms would be that the beds were very firm and I didn’t sleep particularly well, the second issue being that the apartment was not cleaned while we were there and there was no mop or broom to clean the floors which had become quite grubby by the end of our stay.

Great Apartment

What a great find in Krakow, a 10minute walk into the main square but good to see somewhere other than just the square. Apartment was spotless, modern and looked brand new. It also has everything you could want for a 3day stay to a 3 week stay. Apartment is in an old look building but once inside the apartment it was really modern and spacious, we were in block A on the 3rd floor which could be a problem for some as there was no lift in this block. Bathroom was spotless and looked brand new, but the shower is another small issue that could do with a re-think but everything else great. ( Shower would not stay up and only a small glass screen that when using got the floor wet. Kitchen had all the essentials but as we were only there a few days so really only used the dishwasher and fridge. TV to both lounge and bedroom but could not find many English channels We were able to store our luggage while waiting to be picked up and also noticed that there is a room downstairs that has washing machines, irons a sauna and also a shower if needed. Would definitely look at this apartment again if going on a return trip to Krakow

Great apartment, though hotels.com misleading

I chose the superior 1 bedroom apartment as Hotels.com advertise it as having air conditioning. This is important to me as I have asthma and struggle in hot weather conditions. We were disappointed to find out the website had misled us and there was NO air conditioning. Neither was there a DVD player. And don't get excited if you're from the UK and see satellite channels advertised ... the only thing we could watch in English was youtube! Thankfully we had taken our laptop so were able to watch dvd's and amazon prime. ....but, the apartment itself was excellent. Spacious, clean and in a great location just a short walk to the old town and a small supermarket a few steps away for essentials. They did provide us with an electric fan after we queried the fact there was no air conditioning. Staff are pretty elusive in this place and really only speak when spoken to. They arranged our airport transport for us and both taxi drivers were great. Would definitely stay here again ... despite having no air conditioning! Kitchen is adequately equipped, though an extra t-towel and some oven gloves would have helped. 3 dishwasher tablets were provided for our 7 night stay.
