The room—especially the bathroom—was absolutely filthy. There was visible mold, mildew, and other grime on the floor. When we reported this to the front desk, an employee named Oscar dismissively asked, “Well, why didn’t you tell us earlier?” That response was shocking and unprofessional. We eventually spoke with the manager, who was attentive and considerate, but cleanliness and basic courtesy should be standard, not something you only receive after lodging a complaint.
