This property is amazing. It is small and very intimate. The staff were so wonderful and warm. The pool and grounds were clean and well kept. I want to return to Chiang Mai just to stay here again. Such a cool hotel in a great location in Chiang Mai. The pool is absolutely stunning and the rooms are so cozy. The breakfast is phenomenal and cute with river views. It’s very walkable to night markets in Chiang Mai. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Super hotel and property in good location close to the city. Unfortunately it was slightly overshadowed by the loud music every night from the bar across the river making it less than tranquil. All the staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly assisting us to organise trips and tips for where to eat.
