This is a property with nice views of the town and ocean. We enjoyed eating in the restaurant overlooking the coast. The indoor heated pool is fairly small but nice and the sauna was relaxing with a glass wall with scenic views to the ocean. The steam room smelled bad unfortunately so we didn’t use it. If you have a swim cap bring it as you cannot use the pools without on but they will sell you one for a nominal fee.

The Lince Nordeste was a beautiful property. It was kind of out so if you are looking to be near more things, this wouldn't be the place for you. The town was kind of dead at night but the hotel was clean and they offered a very nice breakfast

Hôtel pratique pour l'est de l'île.

Appartement très spacieux mais un peu vieillot. Attention, Nordeste, c'est très, très, très, calme. L'espace pour le petit déjeuner est vraiment petit, et le petit déjeuner est tres succint. Petite piscine intérieure. Personnel courtois, sans plus, comme un peu partout sur l'île.

Everything was excellent. The ocean views are wonderful and the restaurant is extremely pleasant. The only thing to be aware of is that it is located on the other side of the island from the airport, although it is an easy drive.

The staff were great and friendly. The room was big and very clean with all amenities. The gardens were so beautiful and well kept. The breakfast was excellent and service was great. Easy parking. The view is magical. On the downside we’re the outside pool and the spa. The outside pool tiles were very dirthy at the water level. The stairs on the deep end are lose and very unsafe. The spa was being used as and indoor pool by guests and they were NOT WEARING the required he’d caps that we were tolled had to be worn. I reported this to staff but did not see anything being done about it. So we and some other guests were made to buy caps to use in the spa but others were not. Also, families using the spa with children were using inflatable tubes as if it were a regular pool. The water was cold and not the posted temperature and 80% of the jets did not work. There did not appear to be proper supervision of the spa area. This was very disappointing as the cost of a stay there is expensive and should be properly maintained. I would think twice in staying there again as the outdoor pool and spa is one of the main attractions I consider.

Magnifique point de chute

Difficile d'avoir une plus belle vue à partir de sa chambre d'hôtel! La chambre est grande, la salle de bain aussi et tout est bien pensé. Il y a un plus très joli balcon pour pouvoir assister au lever du soleil. La salle à manger est également orientée vers la mer. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et très bon.

Amazing hotel and staff

Absolutely loved my stay! Renata at the front desk was so helpful and told me all the best local spots to see the best of Nordeste! The restaurant was amazing! All the staff there were so informative and happy! It had a Great buffet breakfast! Lunch and dinner was great! Very modern but nature inspired so I had a great visit! Pool was amazing! Sauna and Turkish bath also! Great views from the room!

Hotel besteht aus altem und neuem Teil. In der Hotelbeschreibung wurde der neue Teil fotografiert, unser Zimmer war im alten Teil. Somit wurden unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Zusätzlich war das Bett durchgelegen, die Sauna sowie einige Kleinigkeiten defekt. Sauberkeit war aber stets gegeben. Umgebung sehr schön, ruhig, aber wenig Möhlichkeiten Essen zu gehen und weite Wege zu Attraktionen und Flughafen
