Very basic no thrill room

This hotel is clean and the room was small but well organized. There is a closet with shelves but no where to hang clothes. The biggest drawback was the location. The hotel is right next to the train station so you need to be a really sound sleeper in order to stay here because the sound of trains breaking is a very high pitched sound of metal scraping against metal.

I never did check out the laundry set up but it was located really close to everything and anything. Especially the station which was relieving. The room was clean, a bit tight for two adults but we managed. I did fix the tv in there, it somehow never got plugged in but it was an easy fix. And y’all are quick to respond to questions which was relieving when I got waylaid on the way there.

Never again

No fresh air in room. Couldn’t open windows d/t 3/4 trains per hour and construction workers using jack hammer. Safe at night but very dark walk from train station. Couldn’t drain bathroom sink . Tower fan is a joke, more air from blowing out a candle. Didn’t know about turning on main switch. When person came over didn’t give me time to answer door. Just barged in.

As fotos sao bem diferentes, o lixo da cozinha da hospedagem anterior nao havia sido retirado. Ficamos cinco dias e nenhum momento mesmo apos solicitado os lixos sao retirados. Quarto pequeno demais, box mal conservado, cama barulhenta, tapete sujo. Positivo: atenderam pedido de troca de toalhas e travesseiros extras. Localizacao boa, otimos restaurantes e comercio proximos e proximo da estacao de trem.

It was convenient as a last minute booking. Very close to the tram stop. Has accessibility lift for luggage going up the stairs, and lifts. Can get a bit noisy during the late afternoon and night, many people out in the corridors, but otherwise value for money. The staff wouldn't give us the full room we booked at the start but they managed to fix the problem in the end. There were broken hooks on some of the beds and had limited coat hangers.

Horrible experience

Toilet no room to use. Everything falling apart - door handle and drapes coming off. Bed doesn’t fit 2 people. They also had a towel for 1 person and I asked housekeeping and she said that I have to request it online which means they would deliver the following day. How are they advertising 2 people but have towels for only 1 person? No hand soap. Had to use dish soap to wash my hands. Absolutely horrible. The check in code didn’t work when we got there and waited 1 hour outside the door to get the new code emailed to me. They said it was a glitch in their system. Overall hotels.com should not offer this terrible hotel /apartment. Also the trains pass every 30 seconds and can’t sleep with the noise. It is literally on the train track.

Décevant sur les services réalisés

Des L’arrivée cela s’est mal déroulé car le site ne m’a pas envoyé le mail avec les codes et informations d’entrée ce qui m’a mis en difficulté tard le soir n’ayant pas d’accès internet ni reçu le mail de la journée. J’ai du trouver un hôte qui m’a partagé le code wifi afin d’avoir des données et appeler le service, la personne de l’entrée ne parlant ni français ni anglais n’a pas pu m’aider. La chambre était niquel rien à redire, malheureusement la dernière nuit il y a eu dans notre chambre une coupure de courant, plus d’électricité plus de ventilateur ni Clim ni téléphone pour charger ni frigo, toute la nourriture pour notre bébé a été jeté ainsi que la nôtre. J’ai appelé le service à nouveau qui devait m’envoyer quelqu’un afin de remettre l’électricité mais personne n’est venu. Nous souhaiterions un dédommagement ou un geste… car nous avons perdu du temps et de l’argent malheureusement.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, aber vollkommen in Ordnung für zwei Nächte. Alles war sehr sauber. Auch der Check-In bzw die Daten per Email schicken, um rechtzeitig den Code für die Tür zu bekommen, hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Umgebung und Lage waren gar nicht so schlecht, aber durch den Bahnhof ist es sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind praktisch direkt über den Bahngleisen, die Züge rattern im 2-3 Minutentakt vorbei. Obwohl wir im März da und die Nächte kalt waren, war es sehr heiß in den Zimmern, so dass wir Nachts die Fenster öffnen mussten. Das wäre halb so schlimm, wenn die Klimaanlage funktionieren würde, damit man wegen dem Lärmcl die Fenster geschlossen halten kann. Aber es schien mir eher wie ein Gebläse als eine richtige A/C. Ergo: kaum Schlaf gefunden.
