I’ve stayed several times before - this was my least favorite because the room was not cleaned as nicely as prior trips and the bathroom shower had a weird smell.

Never stay here again

Arrived and they told us our hotel room would be ready at 4 o’clock. We had to do a digital key on her phone, which was very difficult to set up. When we finally got into our room, it was dirty and was not the room we had booked. The valet was $30 a day, which I was not aware of before we arrived. There is no self parking. The luggage cart we were using wheel was broken. We had to struggle with it to go back downstairs to get another room. They told us the room we book was not available and if we had gotten an email letting us know that which we did not. We were able to stay in a room with two queen beds, but it took us over an hour to check in because we had to re-wait for others to check in. The room was comfortable at first, but they turned the AC off in the middle of the night and it got very hot. We ended up leaving the next morning or very disappointed with the stay. If you are not good with technology do not stay here as everything is online, including your key.

Very Nice Hotel

Very nice hotel. Courteous staff and restaurant was wonderful! Excellent food! I read a previous review noting the hotel was run down, but they were obviously mistaking this hotel for another. It was beautiful! Bonus, the beds are amazingly comfortable!

Disappointed

I checked in, I was given a room and there was already guests in that room, when I went to the front desk to tell the person he said really and asked me what room it was and then he said oh ok this is your room number-no apology! went to dinner came back and stopped at the front desk and there was someone there complaining that there was no hot water and the front desk person said maintenance is working on it. I was there because I needed wash cloths, there were none in room when I checked in, so I asked if I can have two washcloths and she said I don’t have washcloths but I have towels so I said don’t need towels. and she said I can have someone bring them up to you tomorrow morning, said OK. well never got the wash cloths, and showered with cold water, still no hot water the next morning. When I checked out that morning, went to the front desk said I was checking out , I was asked my room number and he said ok your Checked out, no thank you for staying with us, come again, how was your stay-I did let him know there was still no hot water and he said oh I thought maintenance fixed it— Unbelievable!!!!

Clean, modern but missing some important basics

When we checked in, we only had one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth even though we indicated on our reservation that there would be two of us. We had to go back downstairs to ask the front desk person for additional towels because there are no phones in the rooms for us to contact the front desk which is unusual and inconvenient. Also, you can't call and speak directly to anyone running the hotel. The phone number from our reservation is handled through the Marriot call center and they have to make contact via computer with the hotel and could not give us a direct number to call which is very unusual. The towels were delivered promptly. The coffee maker in our room didn't work properly, it overfilled the cups each time. Our last morning at the hotel there was zero hot water in the shower. We had hot water the day before so I don't know what happened in between the two days that lead to no hot water on our last morning.

Fantastic Stay In Hollywood

The property was very nice and the room was beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable ive stayed in while traveling. The bathroom and shower were spacious and very well laid out too. The restaurant and bar on the first floor were great and the service staff were top notch for sure.
