Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. I stayed here by myself to attend a wedding nearby. The staff were lovely and friendly, room was great, as were the facilities such as the pool and the gym. The restaurant also does a tremendous breakfast.

Great hotel to relax

The hotel is great to relax, enjoy the beach and the facilities. It seems to have been recently renovated with a lot of care for the public spaces. Plenty of living spaces full of plants. It's literally steps from a very calm beach too. All the staff is friendly. The only average thing was the "standard" room that faces the street and has a bit of a weird layout. Next time I'd stay in the superior rooms.

“Exclusive Hotel”? Não mesmo. Parece um Beach Club com quartos , onde os não hóspedes circulam e utilizam as dependências do hotel . E você que é hóspede , não tem nenhuma prioridade. Nem nas cadeiras na praia, nem no restaurante à beira-mar, nem no estacionamento. Se quiser utilizar deles, que chegue cedo ou fique sem. O hotel é aberto a quem quiser consumir, com isso , transitam pessoas que não estão hospedadas o tempo inteiro. Fica situado entre barracas/restaurantes na praia , onde cada um coloca a sua música. Se você busca sossego, não é o melhor lugar. Café da manhã no primeiro dia muito bom, nos seguintes foi bom. Funcionários muito gentis. Destaque para o Cauã que dá show de gentileza. Quarto luxo que não tem nada de luxo, nem nas toalhas surradas e gastas, no lençol furado, na tábua do vaso sanitário - de plástico e encardida-, no chuveiro de plástico saindo de um cano do teto . E no meu quarto o ar condicionado estava com o dreno entupido e fiquei uma noite dormindo no calor depois de um estrondo que fez e tive que desligar correndo. O reparo foi feito só à tarde. Não vale o quanto custa. É muito hype para pouca entrega. Não indico e não volto. Se quiser sossego e atendimento , vá para o Villa Pantai Milagres, é da mesma rede, mas é um escândalo de bom. Além disso tem mimos todos os dias à tarde ,tem roupão, tem chapéu. Nesse, não tem nada disso . E é muito mais caro.

Hotel ótimo, pé na areia, boa estrutura, atendimento excelente, e o restaurante é 5 estrelas. Acredito que seja o melhor da região pelo que observei. Poderiam melhorar o banheiro, na minha suíte (06) o chuveiro não tinha pressão alguma, e o ar condicionado estava pingando dentro do quarto, mas são coisas simples de ajustar. Também achei o preço do restaurante bem caros. Mas voltaria.
