A beautiful luxurious retreat!

Loved our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer! Great location, welcoming and accommodating staff (they shipped the laptop we left behind to our hotel in Tokyo the following day), fantastic meals (breakfast, dinner and treats) and thoughtful amenities deserve at least a couple of nights stay. Thermal springs are well situated and super relaxing and the area around the hotel is beautiful. I would give this hotel 11 out of 10!

There were areas where you can access for different occasions, such as cafés, onsen, and relaxing library lounge. The library lounge was one of the unique places. It had a bungalow space where you could lean back and chill. Also, there were a big audio device where you could listen to music and relax. The best part though, was that they opened the cafés till 22 o'clock and the onsen till midnight!
