Great rooms and good facilities. Nice pool area. The breakfast choises are a bit disapointing. And the locksystem that keeps the doors beeping if you dont lock them or have them open for more than 2 secunds is more than a bit anoying. Location is quiet and nice.

The rooms at the hotel were uniformly very small. Had this been clearer at the time of booking, I would have reconsidered my choice. Prior to arrival, I had emailed the hotel to request a goodwill gesture in light of our honeymoon stay; however, no arrangements or gestures were provided, which was disappointing. During breakfast service, staff were slow to replenish empty fruit platters, often resulting in limited availability of fresh fruit. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan in one of the rooms was excessively noisy. The “garden view” room description is misleading, as there is no maintained garden. Instead, the rooms face a nearby vacant plot with overgrown vegetation, which detracts from the overall experience.

The staff on this property were the nicest that I’ve ever encountered. The free breakfast had a sufficient amount of variety and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The swimming pool was a good size and so beautiful as you can see all the palm trees and limestone cliffs in the background. The hotel is about a 15 to 20 minute walking distance to ao nang Beach and about a 35 minute drive to the airport without traffic.
