There was a woman screaming about a man harassing her calling her cuss names. We called the front office to do something but the did not say much of anything. We have small children in the room and felt that the situation could get hostile. We then heard them running back and forth screaming at each other with threats. Again we called the front office to see if they are calling the police she said ok but never did. When we called back asking for a refund she said I have to wait til 3pm. Then we went to the front to show Amy/Jamie the recording. She contacted the manager. She text him who knows what she said ti him. Byr sge said wait. Then the next thing we know they aren't giving us a refund. This was on their property and not only did they handle it badly this management isn't good. They changed and they are allowing almost anything to happen there and not have to deal with taking accountability or responsibility for events going on at this property. We left and canceled because its not safe for my children. You never know what else could develop from this altercation. There could be bad retaliation who knows and for management not to care or to take any responsibility is very unprofessional and unheard of.Front lady even laughed at the whole situation. cothetreated badly.

The carpeting had a lot of big stains on it. The bed was very worn out. There was no electrical outlets on the whole wall side of the bed or the sides, and there was mildew stains all around the tub, and the front window did not lock. This is one of the most terrible hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Photos can be requested.

The door to the bathroom looked kicked in and I didn’t say anything to front desk so they assumed it was me and put me on a DNR list…I’ve seen most of their bathroom doors looking similar, didn’t think twice…their prices and my situation was a convenience I no longer will see…

Room was horrific, wonderful staff, very clean pool ample parking, room was horrid beyond comprehension. Zombies (drugged out humans) roaming and people sleeping in cars and panhandling.

This hotel is very bad! There is only one decent aspect of this hotel. Nancy at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Other than that, it was a dump of an establishment. The rooms with carpet smelled like dogs had relieved themselves everywhere. Also the carpet was moist and ripped. It was patched with stained mismatched carpet. I saw and looked through at least five of the rooms while I was there. Stay away from the rooms with carpet. The rooms without carpet were not that much better, but a marginal improvement. The bathrooms were riddled with mold and stained disgusting shower curtains. The whole complex smells like Marijuana! Do not stay there! You will regret it!

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here because I like the hotel is good for the price. The beds were comfortable, there is plenty of parking and some amenities close to the hotel. The only thing i found odd was there was no remote to the TV. I ended up just watching tv on my phone.
