Hitorical, straightforward, part of REAL community, NOT A STERILE HOTEL, personable while professional. It has old fashioned boarding house charm. Highly recommend, unless you are seeking the Hilton.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It was so cozy, welcoming, and convenient. I definitely plan to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our brief stay at Cinthia’s inn. It’s a nice and convenient place for a ski weekend at Belleayre, and Cinthia was a wonderful and responsive host.

The location is perfect for someone skiing at Bellearye. It’s was a nice place to stay. Several restaurants within walking distance. I’d stay there again.

The Wheelhouse is a regular stay for us when we visit Bellayre to ski. Cinthia and Rob are great hosts, and our stays have always been pleasant. The inn is an older house that’s been converted, so don’t expect modern fixtures and amenities. But it’s always clean and tidy and cozy, perfect for a low key stay near the hill.

It's very much how it's described. Cinthia got here just after i arrived and took payment. She had left the key and a little note out for me with instructor. She's very welcoming and gives you your space. Perfect little place to stay.

Great location & very convenient to get to after an outing (hiking in the area). Room furnishings simple - maybe slightly dated. Clean. Safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Fall in the Catskills

The room wasn't fancy, but cozy and comfortable. The owner is a very nice young lady who makes you feel right at home. Located in a great little Catskills village. The restaurant next door is fabulous and there is live music a few doors down on weekends.

2/10 Poor

Musty smelling, spider webs above dresser. uncomfortable bed with dirty blanket. Should have slept in car would have been more comfortable

This property was pretty run down. I guess the price is reflective of this some but I wasn't expecting it to be in the condition it was. The immediate area is also run down. I would not stay again

Bedraggled but clean and cozy

This inn was until very recently part of The Arms, located next door, but was bought out and just reopened as its own entity. It's basically an old house being used as an inn, more of an AirBnB-type property than a hotel proper...but that's what I prefer. Our room was comfortable, clean, and very cozy. The new owners, who live in a small house in the back yard, were very nice and readily available. They made check-in and checkout very simple and easy, and had a lot of local information for us. The property is on the main drag in tiny Pine Hill. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. No noise issues at all. The building itself is a bit bedraggled. It's an old house, with things that sag here and there, and a quirky layout. The decor leaves much to be desired - very dated and worn. But it does have its charm. Everything was clean, everything worked, everything was comfortable, so I didn't mind that the stairs lean and the carpet is worn. If you have the right expectations, you'll be perfectly happy here.
