Great resort, location is just okay

This was an amazing resort, in terms of the value for the apartment for our family of seven, the pools and other amenities, and the level of service. The kids loved the choices of activities and the kids club. We didn't eat at the restaurants as we preferred the variety elsewhere. The shuttle to the beach was nice but we only used it one day as the beach had too much seaweed for us.

Staff were very helpful and always ready to help. Breakfast options were great. Loved the washing machine in our apartment. The lazy pool was my kids’ (and my) favourite. Food from restaurant are really nice as well. Thank you for the excellent staff esp mas Ollie, the manager, for the warm welcome and great service for us.
