Meltem Hotel

The hotel is ideally located on the centre of the town. The room was small, however, clean with a comfortable bed. The access door had been cut down in hight in relation to the sloping roof and I mean small. Their is no lifts to the upper floors. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was Turkish style and very good. The bathroom was of a good size with plenty of hot water. There is a very serious dog problem with packs of more than ten dogs and is a safety issue particularly if you have children. The car park is full of them and it is dangerous.

2 odalı aile odasına rezervasyon yaptırmıştım. Otelin 3. ve son katında imiş ve asansör yoktu. elimizde çantalarla dar merdivenleri tırmanmak zorunda kaldık. Eşyalara yardım edecek eleman da yoktu. Her iki odada da tv vardı. Mini buzdolabı biraz ses yapıyordu ama çalışıyordu. Odalarda pek konfor yoktu, yerler seramikti. 4 kişi konaklayacağımız rezervasyondan belli olmasına rağmen 2 adet banyo havlusu vardı. Bir havlu da lekeliydi. Kahvaltı zayıftı. Ayrıca bölgede çokça kara sinek olmasına rağmen (Longoz ormanları ve mevsim dolayısıyla) kahvaltı salonunda buna ilişkin bir önlem yoktu. yiyeceklerin tabakları seralarla örtülmeye çalışılmıştı ama yiyeceklerden almaya çalışırken açılanlar ve üstü örtülemeyenler ne yazık ki ortadaydı. Otelin konumu İğneada merkezde ve güzel bir noktada. Otelin giriş kapısının olduğu nokta trafiğe kapalı. ama yakınına kadar araba ile gitmek mümkün. Denize girmek için önünde bulunan otel ve işletmelerin yanından kumsala geçilebiliyor. Otel denize sıfır değil yani.
