The hotel is a bit older but still well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. What is definitely worth going there is the all-you-can-eat-dinner!! The quality of seafood to eat is just very hard to beat. All the sushi 🍣, sashimi 🍱 and other options available are just mouthwatering and of superb quality! The onsen bath (hot spring) is nicely equipped and spacious.

Two night stay in a twin room. Although this hotel is located away from the centre of Hakodate, just a 15 min tram ride gets you into the main centre. A huge Lawson’s is located just 5 mins walk away, lots of izakayas, yakitori, and ramen shops are just 7-10 mins walk away. Very conveniently located. The rooms are reasonably sized but definitely not suited for large sized luggage’s to be opened up or even stored upright. The breakfast buffet selection was incredible and delicious. Do not miss it! The onsen facility was fantastic. Fresh towels and yukatas are provided daily. The only down side is just one pillow per bed.

食事が美味しくて、温泉も綺麗で気持ち良かったです。売店でお土産も揃えることができました。食事時間がもう少し長かったら有り難いです。スタッフの方々の対応も良く、また利用したいです！駐車場も出し入れしやすく、観光に便利でした。

旬の食材、地元の食材を丁寧に美味しく調理されています。露天風呂は開放感がイマイチですがサウナもあり壺湯の設置されてる側は良かったです。スタッフの方が素晴らしい接客で夜景のバスがいっぱいで諦めかけた時にタクシーの提案をして頂き本当に楽しめました。ぜひ皆んなにお勧めしたい良い宿でした。

食事もお風呂もお部屋も良かったですただ孫が食物アレルギーがあり、他のホテルでは表示が有りましたが、こちらは食品それぞれにはない為、ソーセージ、揚げ物、パンなどは食べれなく朝はラーメンとご飯、味噌汁、納豆でした、夜はステーキが有り食べれました、アレルギー表示を今後希望します、他はスタッフも声掛けが、良く満足でした、お得なプランで楽しめました、又行きたいと思います

全般的にスタッフの対応も丁寧でとても快適でした。バイキングの食事はとても良かったです。特に海鮮はさすが。焼き物の保温がもう少し良ければと惜しまれる。洋食はもうちょっとパンと卵料理のグレードを上げて欲しいかな。好みもあるのですが。あとバスの便がもう少しわかりやすくまとめてあればよかったと思います。でも楽しく過ごしました。ありがとうございます。

チェックインして部屋に入ると壁か天井か分からないけどカチッカチッという音がして妻が気になると言うのでフロントへ連絡しました。すぐにスタッフの方が来て部屋を変更してもらい迅速な対応に感謝です。大浴場も広く、ブュッフェも品数豊富で大満足の宿でした。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。
