Reserved a room for two adults.
We were given a room with many deficiencies,
Sliding bathroom door didn’t close properly leaving a big gap open, therefore no privacy while on toilet.
Mold in shower.
Loose plug next to sink.
Reception staff offered to change room, but we had already unpack everything and didn’t feel like packing everything to move, after all we were there only for two nights.
It is just unacceptable for the housekeepers and maintenance staff to NOT inspect the rooms while they are not rented. It is not the JOB for a client to have to report this deficiencies.
Had a stone on the rice for breakfast… and finally eggshells on the egg soup..!
I guess we were the lucky on this stay.
