Person that checked us in was very nice, found me a phone charger, was very pleasant. Did not like abandoned property next door and there was nothing around there. It was pretty clean but very old and staining in the shower that looked like mold (not sure if it was), none of us used the shower. Ok to sleep and leave, but we won't go back.

It was a grwat stay, the only thing is we wished the air conditioner worked. It got way to hot in the room for us to sleep. But we also understand it is under new management and they are working on fixing everything. We will for sure be staying there again.

Check in was not smooth. The desk attendant was not even on the property and we had to wait about an half hour total to check in. I love the old fashioned feel of this property, but this also means the rooms are not sound proofed. We could hear all the noise next door! Some renovations have been started but much work still needs to be done to improve this motel.

Owners are super nice, even though its an older place they keep the rooms nice and clean. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay and you cannot beat the price! I always stay here when I visit. Definitely recommend staying here instead of the overpriced places in Frankenmuth.
