Bom hotel. Mas com alguns funcionários com um PÉSSIMO atendimento, pareciam estar muito mal com a vida, o que nos hóspedes nao temos nada com isso. O estacionamento nao comporta se todos os hóspedes estiverem de carro.

Hotel parecia muito antigo. Espelho do banheiro, nem refletia mais o o rosto da pessoa. Colado em uma janela. Coberta imunda. Solicitei a troca na recepção e a pessoa ainda teve a coragem de falar q nao estava fedendo. Ok,foi trocada após 1h de espera. Ar condicionado de janrla bem barulhento. E pela manha cedo, mtas criancas gritando, antes das 9h da manha. Cafe da manha sem muitas opcoes. No corredor tinha um cholchao sujo jogado durante a minha estadia.

O hotel possui um bom custo benefício para passar um tempo curto. O café da manhã é bastante justo, nada chique, mas com alguma variedade. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, educados, atenciosos e prestativos. No entanto, falta alguma comunicação. A funcionária que limparia o quarto entrou no quarto sem que eu tivesse ainda o liberado. Ao me ver, me informou que na recepção já estava aparecendo para ela como quarto liberado (e eu ainda estava totalmente dentro do meu horário antes do check-out). O hotel carece de melhorias na infraestrutura e mobiliário do quarto. A limpeza diária é boa, mas percebe-se que faltam detalhes, como cantos, frestas e rejuntes.

Foi incrível a estadia. São extramamente simpáticos, e receptivos. O café da manha é suficientemente bom, nada a reclamar. Apenas o banheiro que ficava encharcado por nao ter nenhuma saída de ar. Mas o serviço de quarto resolvia esse problema. Muito bem localizado, de frente pro mar, 2 farmácias perto, pastel de 30 cm do lado do hotel, banco do brasil também muito próximo, assim como ponto de bicicleta de vitória, ou seja, muito bem localizado.
