My friend had a terrible cold when we arrived and I didn’t want to be sleeping in the same bed with him sneezing and coughing all night so I asked for a rollaway bed which of course they didn’t have. Then I asked if I could pay to switch to a two-bed room and again was denied. So much for doing “everything we can to make your stay enjoyable”. You failed in that regard. Save your money people and go somewhere that they do accommodate guests with simple requests!
