Me hospedo com uma certa frequência no Hotel Malibu Inn, e sempre fui bem atendida. Desta vez tive uma experiência ruim. Meu marido fez reunião de trabalho com um fone sem fio hoje, e esqueceu na bancada do quarto (104). Liguei para o hotel por volta de 11 hs (antes do horário de check-in de outros hóspedes), e falaram que a camareira não encontrou. Não demonstraram boa vontade para procurar novamente. Esta ocorrência, infelizmente, pesará negativamente em minha decisão de voltar a me hospedar no hotel.

O Hotel em si é bom, porém a recepcionista foi super mal educada pois ela mesmo não sabia como era feitas as reservas pelo Hotels.com e nos disse que só tinha a reserva de um quarto, e não dois. Depois de ser bem grosseira, ela encontrou. Outro ponto é que como fomos a um show e chegamos já era de manhã, as pessoas que faziam o serviço para arrumar os quartos falavam extremamente alto, todos os meus amigos acordaram mesmo em quartos diferentes

Um bom custo benefício, apesar dos contratempos

Café da manhã com poucas opções, apenas alguns pães e bolos, ovos mexidos no leite (o que custa fazer somente o ovo normal?) quase zero opção de fruta, apenas uns pedaços de melão, melancia e mamão. Já fiquei lá outras vezes e não mudou em nada o café da manhã, sanduícheira velha e que ao esquentar o pão, grudava tudo. Atendimento em geral ok, com exceção de um rapaz que ficava sempre pela noite e que estava sempre de má vontade, todas as pessoas reclamavam dele, super mal educado, talvez esteja querendo sair do emprego e não tenha coragem de pedir demissão. Fora isso, o resto tudo tranquilo, quarto ok, cama ok. Camareiras ótimas.
