We had a lovely stay. The apartment was well appointed, the bed very comfortable and going for breakfast was a joy as there were plenty of options of both hot & cold food. The dining area was cosy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would return to this property again. Easy to walk into the centre of Gdansk by the path along the river. The bed is really uncomftable, i fell all the strings in my back. No slipper in the room, that is a minus point also. No sofa in the rooms is the another minus, you have either lay on bed or sit in the chair. Shower room is clean og equipped good. Tv or other kitchen stuff is working good.

Good location at 5-10 min walking from the city center. The structure is in a residential complex of buildings, very well kept and lived: we enjoyed the area equipped with supermarkets and cafes. The spa is in the same complex and can be booked in advance for 1h a day. Suggested for the weekend or longer stays.

What statnds out is security of the apartments. Access to building is monitored and secure with fob/intercom. Clean and quiet environment inside the building and apartments. Relaxing view on nearby canal with boats, sup and kayak passing. A trivial tech issue occured solved within minutes. Worth mentioning spa and pool satisfying quality.

The toilette smelled of sewer. The room.was not the one on the picture. Receptionists were very rude. We had to wait in queue for half an hour for breakfast. Breakfast was stuffed with people and screaming kids with inflated pool toys, impossible to enjoy breakfast or have any conversation. Spa was not a spa but a cirkus of kids splashing and throwing toys. It included zero harmony and wellness. Firstly, one have to book it and use it max one hour. Secondly, it fully booked. Thirdly you end up arguing with the receptionist in some slipper scam where they force you to buy towels and slipper that you'd never use walking 5 m to the changing room anyway. Fourthly, jacuzzi hardly fits two people, fifthly the rescuer just watch youtube all day, sixthly after a short stay in the steam room I hear people screaming and hammering the door of the other sauna. When I het there there are twenty horrified people trapped inside behind the malfunctioned door. I save their life's and we all exist the harmonic wellness spa to the sound of the sauna alarm and the look of some helpless receptionist nad rescuers not knowing what to do. I want my money back!
