In general, this is a three star hotel and it is a great value for the price. The hotel lacks maintenance in its rooms and the furniture is of low quality. It also lacks basic amenities for example: it did not have shampoo, it did not have hooks to be able to hang wet towels, it did not have paper cups or drinking glasses, and it did not have a coffee machine, although free coffee was available downstairs. The room does have a refrigerator, which is also a mini bar. The courtesy and friendliness of the staff made up for the shortcomings of the room. The majority of the staff does not speak English, which was not a problem for us. The walls are not well insulated for noise, though we were fortunate to stay in the fifth floor, which are premium rooms and the noise level was acceptable. The highlight of my stay was the massage with Belinda. I would recommend everyone to take a massage with her during their stay.
