We had the suite and it was a delight. The suite was cleaned daily, had everything we needed to feel at home. Some minor repairs need to be made for example the door to the bathroom though sturdy and old does not close properly. The dead bolt on the front door does not lock. All in all it was a good stay!

Such a nice stay. Quiet and friendly check-in. Pick up ice at the front desk. Plenty of space to walk a dog. First place in a longtime we used a key.

A dated but comfortable place to lay your head...check in was smooth and the lady behind the desk very nice. I must admit it was very peaceful. Overall I would stay again and recommend Moose Brook.

Nice inexpensive motel, but the walls are paper-thin and I could hear the people and their TVs in neighboring rooms. Compounding the problem is the lack of AC because I had to keep the windows open and then I heard everything outside too. Another guest even walked back and forth in front of my open window making calls on his cell until I got fed up and shut the window. Otherwise, it's a nice, old-school motel.

This motel is very good for the value conscious traveler. The room was clean, and the linens were fresh and stain free. The physical maintenance of the room and bath were clearly done by DIY persons. A little peeling paint on the ceilings but otherwise fine.

When my husband asked for heat in our room, he was met with a dismissive and disrespectful response by the wife of husband/wife proprietor. The heat was finally turned on because others also requested it (it was quite cold during most of our week there. Other than that the property was quite good. I would have liked a microwave but overall a good experience marred by poor people skills.
