Staff were very nice and accommodating! Housekeeping was prompt and did a great job. They even had staff show us to our room and carry our luggage. Situated close to the Earls Court tube station easy to get to. Friendly front desk staff. The rooms are clean, but tiny. Passage from door to bed the width of the door. Bed is comfortable. The bathroom is also small, but the shower has pretty good size. Nowhere to put toiletries, so a shelf should have been added. The breakfast is a basic London hotel breakfast, but adequate to give you energy for the day
