我們選了最大的房型, 也只是HKD$1000 一晚, 私人泳池不算小, 房間很精美舒適, 員工很友善, 加錢還有floating breakfast, 唯獨是我們2 天的早餐也來遲20 分鐘左右, 如果是趕時間出門的話會失預算, 而且有一天早餐選擇給錯了.

Nice stay for a short trip

Fairly comfortable room, also fairly clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food quality was rather good. Elevator out of order a couple times which could be problematic for some but fortunately not for me. Room window had decent blackout shades but the full outward facing window exposing the shower and bathroom area, which was all glass, had no protection from the light when the sun came up so if you have a room facing the ocean wear an eye mask unless you plan on waking early anyway. All in all, very good value for the money and I would stay again.

We liked the ocean view room and the jacuzzi on the balcony. Very relaxing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The selection of Indonesian coffees at breakfast was very impressive. We liked the cakes at the afternoon tea. Conveniently located in Nusa Dua with many different restaurants, spas, and convenience store choices nearby. The service was friendly, but a couple of our requests were not followed through on. During one day of our 3-day stay, he has to have our bed sheets changed, but it was not done. On the last day of our stay, it felt like the breakfast service was less attentive than at the beginning. A few items were missed, such as pastries and water. But overall it was a clean, friendly, relaxing stay.

Très bon hotel malgré sa facade austère

L'entrée de l'hotel fait un peu peur, il y a des travaux à l'extérieur et la facade de l'hotel n'est pas belle. Une fois à l'intérieur c'est un autre décor : notre chambre était dans un couloir végétalisé, au bout de ce couloir la piscine et la mer. la chambre en elle même était très bien avec piscine privé très agréable, les petits tracas ont été résolus rapidement. le petit déjeuner très copieux et excellent sauf peut être pour le café et les jus de fruits. La plage est comme dans beaucoup d'endroits à Bali agrémentées de déchets et c'est étonnant de constater que la plupart des hotels ne nettoient pas leurs plages. On a remarqué que bizarrement les employés ramassent les feuilles mais ne touchent pas aux plastiques ?? on a vu aussi certains faire des tas et les enterrer dans le sable, bref ce n'est pas la même conscience écologique qu'en France, c'est bien dommage car il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour y remédier. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et très serviable à l'image des habitants de Bali en général. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Bref une belle surprise cet hotel et je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner

Property is located close to beach and supermarket and dining options. Room view is amazing which is why I chose the sea view. Breakfast is doable . What I think could be better is the lighting all that can be found or labeled . Fridge can be placed at a higher location. As for toilet and shower separation I loved it. I didn’t feel good that security was such that anyone could take the lift up . But it was a pleasurable stay . Staff are helpful . Lighting in lobby could also always be bright. But it was value for money and appreciation for the staff .

Dejligt ophold til en fornuftig pris

Hotellet ser fra gaden ikke ud af noget. Men er rigtig godt. Vi havde bestilt villa værelserne hvor vi havde en mindre udendørs pool til hver af de 4 værelser. Det kan anbefales - da de er lidt køligere en den større fælles pool. Der er god aircondition på værelserne som er vigtig pga. varmen. Morgenmad på hotellet er ganske fin hvor der kan vælges continental eller indonesisk morgenmad.

Great stay in Benoa

What a great spot in Benoa. Fantastic view across the ocean to Nusa Penida. The bath was great out on the verandah, under cover so we could watch the storm and sit in the bath, was awesome. Very quiet and the pool was great. Highly recommended
