From the moment we walked in staff were really friendly and nice, the room itself was perfectly sized and was extremely tidy. Both breakfast and dinner at this hotel were 10/10. Will be coming back again!

Value For Money Bergen Hotel

Hotel is located 20 - 30 minutes walk from the city centre. At the time of booking it was the best value. Less than 5 minutes from a tram station on the airport line Decor and design a bit unusual but not an issue. Room was spacious but could do with more cupboards and shelves in the bathroom. Bed was comfy and shower was fine, room was quite. No kettle but was given one free during my stay. Microwave in reception area for guests use. Rooftop sitting area and restaurant on 5th floor with nice views. Great buffet breakfast. Despite the restaurant having over 80 seats, on our 1st morning it did become a bit crowded however the 2nd day it was quite. Would stay again

This was the 2nd stay at this property. I was pleased that they read my first review and I was offered a bigger room at no cost which was very appreciated :) The hotel is very nice and the included breakfast was very good - special shoutout to the lady who manages the breakfast - she is very nice and very pleasant to talk to and she made the breakfast more enjoyable.

HYggelig betjening , god frokost , flott utsikt , enkelt å parkere . Det eneste å utsette var hotellets WIFI som ikke fungerte særlig bra ( uten at det var avgjørende for oppholdet)

Fin utsikt og sentralt, men mye trafikkstøy hvis åpent vindu. Kort vei til Bybanen. God frokost, men kaldt i spisesalen. Hyggelig personale. Bra renhold på rommet. Nesten umulig å regulere temperaturen på rommet. Litt smale senger som også kunne vært mykere. Ingen stikk-kontakt ved nattbordene. Dusjen sprutet ned hele badet. Umulig plassering av toalettpapirholderen som i tillegg var nærmest umulig å få papir ut av. Praktisk med KIWI som nærmeste nabo.

Nemt og hurtigt at få nøglen til værelset. Værelset var fint og rent, og der var lige det man havde brug for. Der var en flot udsigt fra værelset! Det var også nemt og hurtigt at aflevere nøglen ved afrejse. Personalet var meget venlige, både i receptionen og i restauranten.
