Terrible hotel – DO NOT BOOK I am shocked that this hotel is listed on Hotel.com with such good reviews. When I arrived, I was given a smoker’s room where it was nearly impossible to breathe. The room was filthy: the toilet had stains, the table had spilled drink on it, and the bed sheets were very dirty. Overall, the room was a mess and clearly had not been cleaned properly. When I went to the reception to show them the pictures, the staff seemed annoyed and suggested that perhaps the cleaning lady had not come. They eventually gave me another room, which was slightly better, but still not acceptable. I had no choice but to book another hotel and leave this one. DO NOT BOOK – this is misleading advertising.

This is not a hotel at all by any definition. Very dirty, very old and used up, no parking (only public). Other guests look, sound and smell weird. Definitely not for a couple or a family. I checked out right after I saw the very dirty smelly room although booking was non refundable because it was unbearable.

I wanted to check out and go find another place but the other hotel in the area was full so I went to the local market and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower and the sink because they were disgustingly dirty. It’s far from the city so once you leave you probably won’t return til the end of the day. Also, the place reeks of a mixture of cigarette smoke and B.O. It was BAD. Front desk staff is nice and were helpful but other than that, no, just no.

I was in this hotel with my 2 kids for 4 days and it was good. Yes the room and bathroom were small but clean. The train was nearby and within 30 minutes we were in Paris centre. I read a lot of negative response about this hotel but i must say that our experience was good.

reasonably priced hotel in nice suburb

For the price this is very good, despite slightly offputting entrance/reception area/lifts. We paid around 40 euros for a triple room (not including breakfast, but you can buy at the hotel, or there are good supermarkets just around the corner). Rooms were clean. 4 mins from RER train station (zone 4). Nice area!
