Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Leider hat es an unserem Aufenthale vom3.zu5. November mit den div. Abrechnungen nicht geklappt. 1. Wir haben gefragt ob wir für den 2. Tag Halbpension haben können, dies wurde uns zugesagt, wir konnten dadurch auch nur aus der Tagesliste unser Essen zusammenstellen und nicht aus der grossen Karte. Bei der Abrechnung stellten wir aber fest, dass nicht Halbpension sonderjede Position einzeln verrechnet worden ist. Dies hat uns enttäuscht und das Hotel ist in keiner Weise entgegen gekommen, schade.
