One of the nicest hotels that I have stayed at. Very spacious. Loved the walk in closet. It had 2 toilets, a shower and a spa bath tub. Amazing view from the room. The bar and restaurant have great views. A bit if a walk to central area. If you can split your stay, definitely do a night or 2 here.

The drainage in the shower and sink was not very good, and there were some marks on the bed sheets. It was quite surprising—in a negative way—to encounter issues that you would typically expect in a two- or three-star hotel at a five-star property. The front desk staff were very friendly; however, the breakfast staff seemed somewhat inexperienced. That said, the breakfast buffet itself was good. The biggest issue with this hotel was probably the parking. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate the hotel’s designated spaces within the large parking garage. It would have been helpful if clearer instructions had been provided in advance on the hotel’s website or on Hotels.com. Not all international guests can read Spanish, after all.
