Beautiful hotel in a quiet area.

The staff on reception were wecoming and very helpful and when we needed a taxi one was successfully ordered for us. The room was wonderful and has everything in it that we needed. The breakfast was good with lots of choice.

Very good location in an old palace in the town center, ideal for walking the city center, and proximity to restaurants. The valet service is very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, although small. The breakfast abundant with many choices.

The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the boats for tours. The staff were also wonderful, super helpful in guiding us on where to go and what to see. Wonderful location. Close to the port with many excursions from which to choose. Some of the outlets did not function so charging our electronics was problematic. They recommended a car service to goto Erice that was excellent and very dependable. However the hotel concierge didn’t know that the town shut down early so our evening was very disappointing.
