Not at all as pictured. The photos included in the advertisement are not at all how the hotel looks. The rooms were very small. The shower didn't drain at all and brought up sediment from whoever showered previously to us. They were also very understaffed from what we saw. They had one (very kind) woman running the front desk but also two other hotels at the same time?? But that being said, the area was very quiet and the staff was very kind and helpful when needed. If you're just exploring Savannah, it's a good place to just go and sleep. Even with all the cons, the staff and the proximity to Savannah make up for it. A good place to stay for a weekend in the city. Only 15-20 minutes away from everything.

This hotel was Horrible! The rooms was disgusting and nasty. Wasn't a clean stay. The staff demanded housekeeping services when we did not want the services. In fact we had our do not disturb sign up and they was demanding we take it down.

I booked this hotel for my employee Anthony Barber after he checked in he called me. There were roaches in the room and he checked out immediately. HOTEL never refunded our money This is a scam by the hotel and you all as Hotels.com did nothing after our several msg

We pulled into the parking lot and immediately felt uncomfortable. There were not many cars there but the ones that were there were occupied with construction workers enjoying the end of the day with some liquor. All the stares made us very uncomfortable because we were 4 ladies only no men. We didn’t stay there we ended up booking at a different hotel in the historic district which was very pleasant.

The staff is operating 2 different hotels at the same time. No staff on duty most of our stay. Had to call hotel next door for assistance and wait for someone to come over and check us in. Property was clean. However, our room had a very strong musty odor. You can tell it was clean, but I’m not sure if it’s the supplies they are using or what- my nose was burning. Bed was pretty comfortable. WiFi worked great however only one tv channel worked and every other one was spotty and said “inclement weather”. I knew the breakfast was limited just didn’t think it would be like it was. A waffle maker with no syrup and oatmeal with no hot water. The only other options were mini muffins of white toast with butter and 1 kind of jelly, or cereal. I went with cereal and it was stale.

The female receptionist was very helpful and courteous, but other than that not a lot to impress in my stay. The room was OK, but in need of some serious TLC (coffee machine and light above the bed not working, no plug in bathroom sink, toilet seat loose, whole apartment needed painting). The furnishings in the bedroom were passable. Very limited breakfast choice. I reported the main faults to a man on reception, who said that they would be passed to the maintenance team, but nothing was rectified in my 3 night stay. Not impressed.

When we checked in they gave us a handicapped room despite us not reserving a handicap room. We asked to have a regular room and the black female receptionist said that because we booked through Expedia that Expedia gave us a handicap room. Next, our towels were very dirty with black stains on them. The breakfast was horrible and tasted as if they we from the previous morning and just reheated for the next day. The walls a very thin and you can hear people beside you in other rooms. Someone had a dog four rooms down and you could hear the dog barking. You could also hear the person above you talking. The bathroom door would not close so that you can lock it. Someone else’s belongings were in the drawers from the previous stay. Overall, the location is not in the safest place and appears to be in a deserted area in the projects. I would not recommend this property until they are at least able to clean the towels, clean the rooms, serve fresher food to serve for breakfast, and at least fix the bathroom doors.

Positive experience overall! Check-in was quick and easy. We did encounterd an issue with the room's fridge not working. The staff deserves praise here – upon informing them, they promptly arranged for a replacement fridge with no fuss. Their responsiveness and focus on fixing the problem significantly enhanced our stay and left a very good impression.
